Refund Policy:

At QBridge Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

 

1. Order Refusal or Cancellation

•   If a buyer refuses to accept an order before delivery of services or digital products, a full or partial refund may be issued, subject to the following:

o   100% refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase and before any service has commenced.

o    50% refund if cancellation is made after 24 hours but before service delivery begins.

o     No refund once the service or training has started.

 

2. Substitute Services or Exchanges

•   In the event that a service or training session is unavailable, QBridge Solutions may offer a substitute of equal value.

•   If the buyer does not accept the substitute, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

•   Email us at info@vn-soft-solutions.com with your name, Service number, and reason for the request.

•   Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

•    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

4. Penalties and Deductions

•   In cases of late cancellations or partial service delivery, a processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.

•    No refunds will be issued for:

o  Missed training sessions without prior notice

o   Services already rendered

o   Downloaded or accessed digital content
