Welcome to QBridge Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including QA consulting, training, and any related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Definitions

•  "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to QBridge Solutions.

•   "Client", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.

•   "Services" refers to QA consulting, software testing training, career coaching, and related services provided by QBridge Solutions.

•   "Website" refers to https://www.qbridgesolutions.com/.

 

2. Use of Services

•   You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

•   You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

•   You may not misuse our Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupting functionality.

 

3. Consulting & Training Services

•   Consulting and training services are provided based on the scope and terms agreed upon in writing (e.g., service agreement, proposal, or email confirmation).

•   QBridge Solutions reserves the right to accept or decline any request for Services.

•   All training content is protected by copyright and must not be reproduced or shared without our written permission.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

•  Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice.

•  For training programs:

o   Full payment is typically due before the training starts.

o   Refunds may be available if cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the course start date.

o   No refunds will be given after the course has started unless otherwise stated.

 

•  For Consulting programs:

o   Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 2%monthly interest charge.

o    Refunds are not applicable for completed consulting hours. For prepaid packages, unused hours may be refunded upon request, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

 

5. Intellectual Property

•  All content provided during consulting or training (including presentations, documents, and online resources) is the intellectual property of QBridge Solutions or its licensors.

•  You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such materials without prior written consent.

 

6. Confidentiality

•  Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the Services.

•  Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

•   QBridge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

•   Our maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the Services in question.

 

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

•   Our Website or Services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools.

•    We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third-party resources.

 

9. Termination

•   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

 

10. Amendments

•   We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

•   Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
