Customer Authorization and Acceptance

By submitting payment, checking the acceptance box, signing an agreement, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy.

You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the services selected at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

Scope of Services

We provide professional services as described in the applicable service package, proposal, invoice, order confirmation, or service agreement.

Results may vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, third-party actions, and information supplied by the client. No specific outcome, approval, financial gain, employment result, business result, or other guarantee is made unless expressly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Cooperate in a timely manner.

  • Respond to requests necessary for service delivery.

  • Review deliverables promptly.

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and outcomes.

Service Delivery

Services may be delivered through email, online meetings, telephone consultations, digital documents, reports, recommendations, or other agreed methods.

Evidence of service delivery may include emails, meeting records, call logs, work products, correspondence, invoices, project files, electronic acknowledgments, and system records.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, the client agrees to contact us to seek resolution of any concerns.

The client acknowledges that:

  • Payment constitutes authorization for the purchased service.

  • Electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions constitutes consent equivalent to a handwritten signature.

  • Records of checkout acceptance, invoices, electronic communications, service delivery, and account activity may be used as evidence in response to payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using all available documentation.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, payments, consultations, projects, subscriptions, and services provided by our business unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
