Cloud Hosting & Optimization

Service Overview:

• We set up and optimize your cloud hosting environment for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Our team ensures high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Deliverables:

• Hosting setup on Azure, AWS, OCI, Digital Ocean, or OVH
• Performance tuning and cost optimization
• High availability and backup strategy

Client-Initiated Cancellation (Before Project Start)

• Within 7 calendar days of purchase AND before migration kickoff:
  • Full refund minus 5% processing/admin fee.
• After 7 days OR within 5 business days of kickoff:
  • Refund excludes non-refundable deposit and any preparation work completed.

 Client-Initiated Cancellation (After Project Start)

• Refunds apply only to undelivered milestones.
• Completed or in-progress phases (e.g., data extraction, transformation, or partial migration) are non-refundable.

Refund Terms

• Deposit: Non-refundable after SOW acceptance.
• Milestone-Based: Refunds calculated on remaining undelivered milestones.
• Custom Work: Any custom scripts, automation, or integrations are non-refundable once development begins.
• Third-Party Costs: Cloud provider fees (AWS, Azure, GCP), licenses, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds processed within 10–15 business days.

Pricing:

• One-Time Initial Fee: $500 (covers architecture review and hosting strategy)
• Hourly Rate: $62.50 per hour
• Credit: The $500 initial fee will be subtracted from your first invoice when you proceed with the full engagement.
