Consultation Fee
The $200 consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers initial setup and planning. -
Service Packages
- Before Service Starts:
Full refund (excluding consultation fee) if canceled within 7 days of purchase and before any work begins. - After Service Starts:
Refunds are pro-rated based on unused time in the package. For example:- If you purchased a 4-month package and cancel after 1 month, you’ll be refunded for 3 months minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Completed Services:
No refunds for completed months or delivered work.

- If we fail to deliver agreed services or meet SLAs, you are eligible for a full refund for the remaining period.

***Base Consultation Fee: $200 (one-time)
***Recurring QA Support Fee: This depends on the value of ongoing automation script maintenance, monitoring, and performance assurance.
- 2 Months: $200 (consultation) + (2 × $400) = $1,000
- 4 Months: $200 + (4 × $400) = $1,800
- 6 Months (10% off): $2,340
- 12 Months (20% off): $4,200
