    Overview:
    Our QA consulting service ensures your new ERP system integrates smoothly with existing applications and meets performance benchmarks. We conduct thorough testing across multiple dimensions:

    • Performance Testing – Validate speed, scalability, and stability
    • Integration Testing – Ensure seamless data and process flow
    • Functional Testing – Verify core business functionalities
    • Blackbox Testing – Assess system behavior without internal code exposure
    • Smoke Testing – Quick checks to confirm critical workflows

  • REFUND POLICY

    1) Consultation Fee

    • The USD $500 consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers initial assessment, planning, and strategy development.

    2) Setup Fee

    • The flat setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it involves resource allocation and initial configuration.

    3) Hourly Billing Blocks

    Before Work Starts

    • Cancel within 7 days of purchase and before any work begins for a full refund of unused hourly blocks (excluding consultation and setup fees).

    After Work Starts

    • Refunds are pro-rated based on unused hours from the purchased block (20 or 40 hours).
    • A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
    • Example: If you purchased 40 hours and used 10, you’ll be refunded for 30 hours minus the 10% cancellation fee.

    Completed Hours

    • No refunds for hours already logged and delivered.

    • Hourly Rate: $62.50/hour
